Herceg-Novi is a charming seaside town located in the Kotor bay of Montenegro. For many years it remained under Ottoman rule, and its former name is Kastelnovo. The city is called Kanli Kula because it was taken from the rule of the Ottoman Empire after a tough battle. If you can climb stairs, you can watch the very beautiful view from the tower.
